The wedding report begins..tomorrow!

Tomorrow, the first installment of my very lengthy wedding report will be released!

I still haven’t got any wedding photos back from our photographer, but I can start with the early stages of our stories that don’t require photos from our wedding day!

I have decided I’ll release ‘chapters’ twice a week; one on Monday and one on Friday!

Exciting stuff!!

Happy New Year! (and a sneak peek wedding photo!)

I’d just like to wish each and every one of my readers a very happy and healthy 2014!

If you’re getting married this year, trust me when I say that the next few months are going to WHIZZ by like you would not believe – your big day will be here before you know it!

It feels very strange for me to say that my husband (eek!) and I got married LAST YEAR but I am very excited to see what this year holds for us! I look forward to our mini-moon in Sherwood Forest next week, our honeymoon to Sicily in May and the first birthdays where we can buy each other husband and wife cards!

I’m also looking forward to continuing writing the Live, Laugh, Love, Marriage blog and meeting more Brides who are in the planning stages of their weddings. I’ll also be expanding what I do with LLLM – I’m hoping to provide a service to Brides to help with planning their big day; both in person and via an online service. So it’s all VERY exciting!!

And as promised, here’s a sneak peek from our wedding on Saturday 28th December…

Receiving RSVP cards…

Even though we only sent our wedding invitations out last Thursday (so 6 days ago), we’ve already received 7 RSVP cards back!

Those 7 cards equate to knowing that 14 out of 81 of the people we invited to share in our wedding ceremony, and 1 out of the 65 people we’ve invited to our evening reception will be coming!

I’m storing all our RSVP cards in a little slide-top wooden box that was found with my late-Grandmother’s possessions. The RSVP cards fit perfectly in there and it keeps them safe incase I need to refer back to them at anytime.

Hopefully we should receive more of our RSVP cards in the coming weeks – fingers crossed everyone can make it!
